Beaulieu School celebrates outstanding A Level results
Beaulieu Convent School is celebrating today after its students accomplished another year of excellent A Level results.
Beaulieu once again achieved an impressive pass rate, with almost 35% of all A2 A Level examinations taken being awarded A* or A grades. The school has also enjoyed an increase in the percentage of higher grades attained compared to 2011, with some outstanding performances from individual students.
"Our results this year are excellent and build on the on-going success we have enjoyed in previous years. We are delighted for the significant number of students who have really excelled this year and are extremely proud of their achievements," said Mr Chris Beirne, Headmaster at Beaulieu.
"The results our girls have collected today demonstrate a great deal of hard work over a number of years, and also reflect the personal courage and determination of each student to succeed" said Mr Beirne.
"As an academically non-selective school, we strive to help every child in our care reach their full potential, wherever their area of interest may lie. We are delighted to celebrate their achievements with them today and wish them lots of luck with their future plans" he added.
This special ethos is supported by a recent Ofsted report which asserted that: 'The culture and ethos of the school are outstanding and are highly significant factors in the academic success of individual girls and the school collectively.'
